These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of VTS Marine’s website, digital services, and the purchase of goods or services from VTS Marine (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website, authorizing work, or purchasing goods or services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Ownership of Content
All text, images, logos, product descriptions, and other materials on our website and marketing channels are the property of VTS Marine or its content suppliers. You may not copy, reproduce, or use this content without our written consent.
3. Website Use
You agree not to misuse or interfere with our website or systems. Any unauthorized data mining, scraping, or hacking attempts are strictly prohibited.
4. Sales, Refunds & Warranty
All Sales Final: All sales of labour, services, and parts are final. No refunds are offered.
Workmanship Guarantee: VTS Marine retains the first and exclusive right to inspect and rectify workmanship concerns to a reasonable standard. Customers may not withhold payment or contract third parties for repairs before VTS Marine has had the opportunity to address the concern.
Parts: All parts (including special orders and electrical components) are non-returnable and non-refundable. Manufacturer warranties (if applicable) apply only per their terms.
Engine Warranty (Limited): VTS Marine provides a 1-year limited warranty on engine internals only (pistons, crankshaft, connecting rods, camshaft, valves, cylinder head, and block). Warranty excludes external components, wear items, electrical systems, damage from misuse, lack of maintenance, modifications, or third-party work.
5. Customer Responsibility
Customers must approve all estimates prior to work beginning.
Proof of purchase (invoice, work order, or receipt) is required for any warranty consideration.
Payment obligations remain in force regardless of resale, change of vessel ownership, or dissatisfaction outside the scope of this policy.
6. Limitation of Liability
VTS Marine’s liability is limited to the repair or replacement of defective workmanship or covered engine internals under these Terms. We are not liable for consequential damages, including but not limited to: vessel downtime, haul-out or storage costs, towing, loss of charter, or loss of use.
7. Compliance with Laws
You agree to comply with all applicable laws in connection with your use of our Services and purchases from us.
8. Privacy
Your use of our website and services is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which governs how we handle personal information.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes will be handled exclusively in the courts of British Columbia.
10. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any signed work orders, invoices, or service contracts, constitute the entire agreement between you and VTS Marine.
